Customers in Batangas and its surrounding areas now have a more convenient way of availing telco services as PLDT Inc. (PLDT) and its wireless unit Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) unveil their latest PLDT and Smart Experience Hub at SM City Lipa in Lipa City, Batangas.

“Our goal is to bring the warmth and fullness of our customer service closer to our customers in Lipa City. Beyond the city, we hope to expand the reach of our products and services to more customers in southern Luzon and make their experience with us more convenient and meaningful when they visit our store in SM City Lipa. All this is a testament to our commitment to narrowing the digital divide,” said John Y. Lipa City is a first class city in the province of Batangas, and is widely considered to be the most bustling and the most economically progressive among the province’s five cities. Situated on the second floor of SM City Lipa, the PLDT and Smart Experience Hub offers innovative digital solutions that can be supported by leading home broadband provider PLDT Home and mobile services backed by the strong, nationwide network of Smart.

At the PLDT and Smart Experience Hub in SM City Lipa, customers can avail themselves of the latest promos of Smart Signature and PLDT Home fiber plans, or switch their mobile numbers to Smart and TNT. They can also explore some of the latest smart gadgets to improve their home and lifestyle. The store also features self-care kiosks to help customers discover the best mobile and home connectivity plans that are suited for their lifestyle, and entertainment areas to engage the customers. Knowledgeable store specialists are also ready to receive the customers to ensure a meaningful visit.
