About the Artists:

The Philippine Baranggay Folk Dance Troupe (PB)

Founded in the 1940s as a mixed dance class at Philippine Normal College (now PNU) by Dr. Paz Cielo Angeles-Belmonte, PB is the longest-running Philippine cultural performance troupe of its kind. Now under Creative Director Ronnie del Barrio, PB has spent over seven decades showcasing traditional and tribal dance across the Philippines, ASEAN, and the world—training generations of educators and artists through workshops, events, and performances.

The Parangal Dance Company

As a cultural bridge, Parangal connects Filipinos in diaspora to their roots, fostering pride, identity, and global appreciation of Philippine traditions.
