Throughout her career, she has driven significant growth and innovation:
- At Unilever, she served as Group President, overseeing operations in more than 150 countries. She managed global brands like Knorr and Hellmann’s, led research and development, expanded the B2B Unilever Food Solutions business, and oversaw a supply chain of approximately 60 factories.
- At Ahold Delhaize, she was Chief Commercial Officer, advancing omnichannel retail operations and elevating its e-commerce division into a global top 50 player.
- At Procter & Gamble, she held senior leadership roles, spearheading the growth of iconic brands such as Pantene, Head & Shoulders, and Herbal Essences.
- She also served on the Board of Directors and Audit Committee at Tapestry Inc., the parent company of luxury brands Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman.
Her expertise and leadership have contributed to the success of these multi-billion-dollar businesses, earning her recognition as the 23rd most influential international woman in business by Fortune magazine in 2021.
