Much to the excitement of both Lumina Homes team and new homeowners, Lumina Tanza recently celebrated a OTW Home, the mass turnover ceremony held in all Lumina projects.

Together with Lumina executives, 60 homebuyers attended a move-in briefing and unit inspection before the much-awaited acceptance of property and release of house keys and documents. The new homeowners also received a “home sweet home” cupcake.

After acceptance, the buyers proceeded to utilities inquiry or application. Lumina invited authorized personnel from Primewater, agents from Streamtech for reliable internet connection, and a team from Meralco.

In the following months, Lumina Homes will hold more OTW Home and welcome the newest Lumina homeowners in a fresh new light.
