Asia Leaders Awards is one of the biggest events in Asia acknowledging leaders for their contribution in their respective countries and promoting the Philippines as the premier business hub in Asia.
The 2019 gala night was held recently at Rizal Ballroom, Makati Shangrila Hotel with 25 awards categories. Highlights of the event was the Women of the year and Man of the Year. The event was attended by 500 attendees and one of the awardees is Philip Cea, the chairman of F1 Hotel and with an ongoing 125 Billion project in Mauban, Quezon to build a new city there.
According to Philip, “It will be a mixed zone. We will put up a seaport, a manufacturing industry area or zone, airport, agricultural, and tourism components to promote not just the province but also the whole Philippines as the premier business destination not just in Asia but globally. Estimated cost is Php 125 Billion.”
- For Asia Leaders Awards, part of the awards committee came from the following organisations; Embassy of Malaysia, Embassy of Korea, American Association of the Philippines, Makati Tourism Foundation Incorporated, Philippine Korean Council, Federation of Filipino Chinese Chambers of the Philippines, RK Franchise, Kiwanis International and Filipino International Franchise Association.
