Thermal scanners and rubbing alcohol were provided for all the guests coming and leaving the area, while facemasks and gloves were given to the staff. Zoomanity Group requires its employees and front liners to fill out a Health Monitoring Form to check their health status before duty. In addition to this, they are also given a series of trainings and seminars about hygiene and safety.
